Today (14) was fine.
Maybe,no.I can't find phone shop.
there is NOT 24 hrs operation, so night time you can't stay at the airport.
It is the second floor. There is a simulation device on the left side of the ticket vending machine in front of it and it is D on the right back.
The airport is small and efficient. We can arrive up to 30 minutes before the flight without luggage and 40min / 1h00 with luggage to register.
I have never heard of a good restaurant on that side, but how about "Restaurant Aceero" in Hiroshima Airport Hotel, which is located just outside Hiroshima Airport?
There is no flight at midnight, so it is a type of airport that temporarily stops operating and resumes operation the next morning in the early morning. I think the night on the bench is tough. (I think I'll be kicked out)
At the time of the heavy rain disaster, the route was not simple enough to be able to be explained verbally, and the route was changing every moment due to the construction, so a map that could be used as provided by Yahoo (name spelling) was active.
The Hiroshima Airboard Hotel is within walking distance of the airport.
It is a pattern of using a direct limousine bus, or traveling on the Sanyo Main Line via JR Hakuichi Station on the route bus to Hakuichi Station. JR use is a little cheaper.
Nice regional airport in the mountains... Pretty far from the city, connected by highway bus etc (no trains)
Small airport and about 45 minutes away by airport bus from Hiroshima city. Mainly serving domestic routes and just a few international destinations. Surprisingly there are many restaurants and shops inside.
If you want to go to Hiroshima city and don't have a friend who owns car in Hiroshima, I recommend you to use Iwakuni Kintaikyo airport(岩国錦帯橋空港) which can easily connect JR Line. Hiroshima airport is extremely inconvenient.
Dunno understand why some complained about it being far from city centre. Have they been to other parts of Japan before ?
Small airport. 2 terminals, domestic and international are only a 2 minute walk from one another in the same building. Buses connect downtown Hiroshima every 30 minutes or so for about 1340 yen one way. Convenient parking if you do drive but br prepared to pay 3000 yen or so in tolls one way. Since the airport is small, it's very easy to get around. The lines are short. Cafe dining plentiful. A convenience store and an airport business lounge. My only complaint about the airport is that it is so far from the city Centre and not accessible by train, you have to drive or take the bus. I must say though that the bus is very easy to use and comfortable.
Neat nice
A wonderful performance of the Hiroshima Sanikugakuin Junior High School Choir! It's a great soothing spot for businessmen on Friday evening near the weekend after work. They also donate money. It seems to be donating to poor children in Nepal. Please join us !
Not too big. Nice airport , nice restaurant inside with delicious 😋 foods they serve and since it’s nearby our home it’s more convenient for us .
Small airport good service bus ,various restaurants on the 3rd floor :)
You can go to Hiroshima City and Kure City by bus from 45 to 60 minutes. If you go to Onomichi station, You will go to Shiraichi station by bus. Change to JR line at Shiraichi station.
Small but very tidy, clear directions, good enough for international travellers. There are a few restaurants on the domestic side where you can spend your time relaxing at.
Hiroshima City: you must improve the transportation to and from the airport! Relying on busses is too unpredictable!
A quiet airport. Few international flights only.
Nice. Clean. Organized. Some shops. A little far from the city. So what? There is a very nice shuttle bus service from Hiroshima city. It makes one stop at the bus depot (if you can call it that), 5 minutes later we were on our way to the airport. The whole ride takes 45 mins. Bus was on time to catch our flight.
The service at the Hiroshima airport was great. At the airport we were told we could not leave Japan due to Chinese visa peoblems, however, they helped us change our flight in order to fly the next day without needing a visa at all. We are very grateful.
Clean and easy terminal~ not too manys shops inside !
All air port staff were very helpful. Even if they didn't speak much English, (most don't) they recognize that there are a lot of international travelers and have a hospitable culture.
A small airport but you can walk to the domestic terminal to have a walk easily.
A small airport, with a good selection of restaurants and shops. There is also an observation deck, which they have started charging for unfortunately.Once you go through security, however, the gates are right in front of you, and there isn't much to do. That said, it only takes a minute to go through security, so it is a very painless experience. The airport is serviced by a lot of buses, taking you to various places around Hiroshima.
Soft landing of SOMONAIR in Hiroshima Airport!
Domestic area has more to shop.
Not so much crowded which is what i liked. Not waiting in long queues.
The location is so bad, however so huge and excellent airport.
Nice observation deck
Efficient. We took the Hiroshima airport limo bus and it took 45 minutes. The airport is small with a very small international terminal. Staff was attentive and helpful in directing us.
Good airport in Hiroshima!! Of course it’s clean and comfortable! But you can get here with a car or bus. You can’t get in by train. So make sure you check the time table of bus or traffic report in case some bad traffic conditions happen. There are some good kiosk and souvenirs shops so you can buy maple small cakes or good souvenirs! Of course there are some restaurants and cafes so you can have a lunch or dinner! You can eat oysters and Okonomiyani! You can get in the observation deck by free! Oh but you can’t buy Starbucks coffee here. The terminal for international and domestic us same building so easy and accessible to international from domestic one!! Enjoyyy!
Better than expected. Many chairs and outlets for charging at international depature. The restaurant here good but mostly are expensive.
Is very bad that the airport don't inform that the international flights are closed until March, unfortunately we had to go directly to the airport for know this information without any help.
It was a convenient airport, not so many passengers and clean environment,no railway accessible but several buses bring passengers to downtown
the worst airport public transportation availability ever. shuttle bus never be on time.
Small airport, only 1 departing international flight, so customs was a breeze.
no train, you can only take bus or taxi, and very far from the city
Few of immigration officers that check the passport couldn't speak in english well. But we still able to communicate. Dont worry. There's so many duty free shop too.
Quick and efficient airport with a few shops and places to get food. It is about an hours bus ride from the Hiroshima city center.
While I was still worrying if the plane was going to land on hill tops, there emerged the edge of the runway that dawned on my wife and I the small Airport was above sea level. The Hiroshima immigration team worked smartly by first checking formal compliance in completing the entry forms, then the taking of biometrics by extended counter staff, before finally getting the approval at the usual immigration counters. Although we were at the end of the queue of a full load of passengers from the plane landed on January 11, 2018, we did not feel the wait was long and got our first good impression of Hiroshima!
Nice, quiet airport. Easily accessible with airport buses. Plenty of restaurants if you are staying in a hotel nearby. Nice observation deck.
Small but have compact size duty free shop, only few steps from immigration to boarding gate,
Decent airport, nothing special. Worse than some other Japanese airports because had to do facial scan and fingerprinting twice, and customs insisted on swabbing backpack for drugs - not had at any other airports. Kinda feel the younger generation round Hiroshima have some anti western/white sentiment.
Although it is small, but it has everything there!
Small and not so busy airport. We went there for a domestic flight by taking JR train to Shiraichi atation and then take a connecting bus that just right infront of the station. There's a small food court on level just above the check-in floor.
Small airport but good shopping of Japanese snacks here on second floor. You can find wide variety of Hiroshima snacks and oysters products here.
Nice
Small airport located on the mountain clean and some restaurants serving Hiroshima cuisineyou can move to downtown by bus or taxi
Greatest
One of the worst airport that I have ever been to.It is the first time that an observatory deck would require entrance fee. Also, the transport of the airport is so poor.Lastly, the flight status seldom updates, or update with extremely slow speed.
Small airport but quite useful and fast. A bit far from Hiroshima city (45mins by bus), the limousine bus to Hiroshima Station costs around 10-11Euro. There is several restaurants and cafes.
Love this airport ... small, compact and really fast to clear immigration. If you are asking where to purchase shuttle bus ticket to go to Hiroshima Shinkansen, you get it at Information counter selling JR pass right after the immigration.
It’s a good airport for domestic flights & some international flights to Asia. 3rd floor has stunning Foo chocolate factory- vegan cakes, ice-creams & high quality chocolate (made on premises) & healthy #madeinjapan teas. Plane viewing platform 100 yen to enter. Some eateries with views. Long term parking less than 1000 yen per 24 hours. Nearby gardens also beautiful especially at season changes. It’d be great to have train/rail connection to city, but limousine bus service regular & comfortable. Waiting/lounge areas could be improved to add comfort, style & traditional touches, but typical for small city airport.
Safety, Clean, Good Service
Average airport in Japan. That still means very clean and safe place. Also lots of shops, souvenir shops (mainly food) and conveniences.
